If you are starting on digital, this book is a MUST HAVE:
This book is a very good source if you are a serious amateur-professional photographer jumping into digital. If you are going to manage hundreds of files, this book will give you an idea about what would work best depending on your needs. It will aslo walk you through softwares you can use. It is written in an simple and understandable language. I highly reccomend it.

Too General:
This book tries to capture too many products and really gives very few tips on workflow. I suggest looking else where.
