I'm a small publisher, and this book has been one of my "bibles," along with Kremer's "1001 Ways To Market Your Books." But while "1001 Ways" is still going strong, this title has fallen out of print and that's really a shame. When I lost my copy, I had to find a marked up used one to replace it. I suppose on the plus side I can note that this invaluable book is now dirt cheap. No mattered how banged up and marked up the used copy you get is, and even if some things may be slightly out of date,... more info
